Dropshipping Conditions

Technological Projects OÜ offers a dropshipping service exclusively to registered and validated businesses on our platform. This service enables resellers to sell our products directly to their end customers without the need to manage inventory or handle logistics, while maintaining full control of their brand identity.

Shipping and Presentation

All dropshipping orders are shipped in a completely neutral format. The end customer will not be aware that the order was fulfilled by Technological Projects OÜ. Packages are sent without any logos or identifying information, and include shipping labels from the logistics provider handling the order.

The packing slip is also neutral, containing no pricing or company information, in line with white-label requirements. A flat handling fee of €2 per item is applied to all dropshipping orders to cover this specialized logistics process.

Delivery Conditions

Dropshipping orders follow the same preparation and shipping timelines as standard orders. There is no minimum order quantity, allowing resellers to request single-unit shipments to their customers when necessary.

Reseller Responsibilities

The reseller is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information for the end customer. If the address is incorrect, incomplete, or the package is not collected, all costs associated with returning and reshipping the order will be borne entirely by the reseller. A new shipment will only be processed once the additional shipping cost has been paid.

Cancellations and Right of Withdrawal

Dropshipping orders cannot be cancelled once the shipment has been processed, as order handling and logistics begin immediately after payment confirmation.

The reseller assumes full legal and commercial responsibility for the relationship with their end customers. Any consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal, must be managed directly by the reseller according to their own sales terms and policies.

Technological Projects OÜ does not engage in any direct commercial relationship with end customers and does not recognize any right of withdrawal in B2B transactions, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

Customer Service and Returns

Technological Projects OÜ does not provide support, communication, or services directly to the end customer. All post-sale support, inquiries, and return requests must be handled exclusively by the reseller.

Should a return be necessary, the end customer must contact the reseller, who can initiate a return request (RMA) through our platform if applicable. No direct returns or RMA requests from the end customer will be accepted.

Product Warranty

All products shipped via the dropshipping model include the same official manufacturer warranty as standard B2B orders. However, any warranty claim must be submitted by the reseller on behalf of their customer. Technological Projects OÜ will not process or respond to warranty requests coming directly from end customers.
