Shipping Times
For deliveries within Europe, the estimated shipping time is between 9 to 12 business days. Please note that these times are approximate and can vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, weather conditions, or logistical issues.
Shipping Insurance
All shipments are fully insured to ensure that your order arrives safely. In the event of any damage or loss during transit, please notify us immediately to initiate an insurance claim.
Damage Notification
Upon receiving your order, you have 24 hours to inspect the items and notify us of any damage or discrepancies. If we do not receive notification within this time frame, we cannot accept any claims for damages or missing items.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through our logistics partner's website.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Technological Projects OÜ is not responsible for any delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Customs and Import Duties
Orders shipped outside of Estonia may be subject to customs and import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery. Technological Projects OÜ has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is unclaimed or returned to us due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, any additional shipping costs to resend the package will be borne by the customer.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
In the rare event that a shipment is significantly delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and keep you informed throughout the process.
